Come join us. Authentic Italian is our family tradition.
Family is the heart of Casa Carbone. Co-owner Maria makes the desserts and special menus, while Michael manages the business. Their three children and many relatives have worked here over the years. We are now serving the grand children of our original customers. We look forward to seeing you and your family soon.

Our History
John and Jean Carbone first opened the Brooklyn Spaghetti House in Jacksonville before moving to Raleigh and opening the Villa Capri Restaurant in 1958. They later moved the Villa Capri to the Ridgewood Shopping Center, where the Carbones delighted customers for another 20 years.
In 1984, continuing a nearly 40 year tradition, their daughter, Maria and her husband, Michael House partnered with John and Jean to create the Casa Carbone Ristorante on Glenwood Avenue. The name is a play on Michael’s last name and Maria’s Carbone family heritage. Today, Michael and Maria continue to welcome customers as family.
